Our client is a growing hospitality company specializing in short-term rental management. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous attention to detail and seamless coordination across all touchpoints of the guest journey.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Hospitality Operations Coordinator to support daily operations for short-term rental properties. This role focuses on managing guest communications and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality service delivery.

 

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest messages and inquiries

• Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure cleanings are completed as scheduled

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve issues efficiently and on time

• Monitor daily operations to ensure tasks are completed correctly

• Handle guest concerns calmly and effectively, including challenging or distressed situations

• Maintain clear communication between internal teams to ensure smooth operations

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Working knowledge of Spanish for internal team communication

• Previous experience in hospitality, operations, or customer support roles

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work full-time on Central Standard Time (CST)

• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with vacation rentals or hospitality operations

• Experience coordinating with remote or on-site service teams

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

 

Personality:

Software & Tools:

• Property management systems for reservations

• Housekeeping coordination tools

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 AM - 5 PM CST

 

Salary and Benefits:
