Job Description:

You will be responsible for contacting potential customers. Your main goal is to schedule appointments for our sales team. You will use provided leads to make calls. You need to be comfortable talking to new people. This is a part-time position.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Follow up with potential customers.

• Keep accurate records of calls and appointments.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is required.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Basic computer skills.

• English level B2 or higher.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM software.

• Experience in telemarketing.

 

Personality:

• Friendly and outgoing.

• Persistent and goal-oriented.

• Patient and calm.

 

Software & Tools:

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

• CRM software.

 

Schedule:

Part-time

20 hours per week
