Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive the sales process by conducting outbound calls and generating leads.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.

• Qualify leads and set appointments for sales.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.

• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies.

• Follow up on leads generated through various channels.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in using CRM software.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Familiarity with sales strategies and techniques.

 

Personality:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

 

English Level:

C2, Native, C1.

 

Schedule:

9 AM to 9 PM CST, weekends only.
