About the Company:

Our Client is a real estate and credit consulting firm based in California, focusing on helping clients improve their credit standing to qualify for mortgage loans, while also managing real estate transactions. Their clientele primarily includes Spanish-speaking individuals and families seeking personalized, trustworthy financial and real estate guidance.

 

Job Description:

This is a long-term, remote position starting part-time at 20 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time after 90 days.

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update client information in Monday.com and Google Sheets.

• Track and schedule regular follow-ups with clients and vendors every 21 days.

• Assist with email communication and light phone outreach (client or vendor coordination).

• Support marketing efforts by sending out personalized emails or messages.

• Organize and maintain schedules, ensuring no missed client commitments.

• Collaborate with the client on workflow improvements and CRM customization.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience with CRM systems, preferably Monday.com.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.

• Reliable internet connection and professional communication skills.

• Intermediate or higher level of English.

• Comfortable working independently and maintaining consistency in daily tasks.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using Monday.com automation and customization features.

• Familiarity with real estate or credit repair operations.

• Experience with CapCut or other basic video editing tools.

• Understanding of client communication cycles and follow-up processes.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and dependable.

• Warm and approachable, yet confident and assertive.

• Comfortable taking initiative and suggesting improvements.

• Prefers structure and consistency while being adaptable to change.

 

Software & Tools:

• Monday.com

• Google Docs and Google Sheets

• Email and communication platforms

• Optional: CapCut (for light marketing tasks)

 

English Level:

C1, C2

 

Schedule:

Flexible 9-6 PST starting as a Part time 20 hours per week. Possibility to transition to Full time after 90 days.
