Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join their team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting appointments with potential business clients and ensuring a smooth communication process.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Contact potential business clients via phone and email to introduce our client's services.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

• Maintain an organized database of prospects and clients.

• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and answer any preliminary questions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are effectively transitioned.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a B2B appointment setting or telemarketing role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the tech or dating industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
