Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Community Manager with a deep understanding of the creator economy. The ideal candidate will excel in influencer partnerships, social media strategy, and community management, converting community members into advocates. This role involves working closely with a nimble team, reporting directly to the Co-founder and future senior leadership team.

 

Responsibilities:

• Build and expand presence on core social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

• Manage social media calendar, content creation, and engagement.

• Convert followers into community members and advocates.

• Identify and activate creators for outreach and partnerships.

• Develop visually appealing content and engaging copy.

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.

• Support GTM and marketing launches for new products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging.

• Build and manage email and lifecycle marketing campaigns.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented and organized with up-to-date social media marketing trends.

• Background in the creator economy, influencer platforms, or brand partnerships.

• Impact and mission-oriented with community involvement.

• Former experience with ShopMy, LTK, or similar affiliate platforms.

• Exceptional writing skills and channel-specific voice adaptation.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Data-aware with storytelling capabilities.

• Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to build meaningful projects.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HubSpot, Upfluence, or CRM/lifecycle tools.

• Familiarity with outreach automation.

• Proficiency in Canva or short-form video editing.

• Understanding of paid social or affiliate attribution models.

 

Personality:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Mission-driven and impact-focused.

• Adaptable and thrives in fast-moving environments.

• Creative and curious with a passion for building meaningful initiatives.

 

Software & Tools:

• HubSpot, Upfluence, or other CRM/lifecycle tools.

• Canva or similar design software for quick edits.

• Familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

 

English Level:

C1, C2

 

Schedule:

9 to 5 EST
