Job Description:
We are looking for a Tech-Savvy E-commerce Virtual Assistant (LATAM) to support our client’s daily digital operations. This role involves a variety of tasks from managing product data to supporting marketing initiatives and customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a strong interest in fashion, and is proficient in using technology tools related to e-commerce and AI.
Responsibilities of the role:
Handle email and task assignments using Asana project management tools.
Perform product data entry, including sourcing images and adding links for style sheets.
Assist with content tasks such as writing product descriptions or analyzing e-commerce data.
Publish posts on social media platforms (training and guidelines will be provided).
Support customer service functions when needed, especially in relation to marketplace orders.
Maintain active communication through WhatsApp and be available during working hours.
Collaborate with different departments such as shipping to complete daily workflows.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Prior experience in e-commerce, especially with platforms like Shopify.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Comfortable working with AI tools or eager to learn and apply them.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Must have worked in a remote/virtual environment and understand time tracking protocols.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, or Walmart.
Background in marketing (especially social media and content creation).
Familiarity with task management software like Asana.
Previous use of Clockify or other time tracking software.
Knowledge of fashion terminology and genuine interest in the fashion industry.
Personality:
Passionate about fashion and attentive to detail in product-related tasks.
Self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently.
Communicative and responsive, especially via WhatsApp or calls.
Flexible, easygoing, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
