Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our client’s operations. The role involves assisting customers with their online platform, providing coverage for inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for logistics clients.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with navigating and using the company’s online platform.

• Provide timely responses and solutions to customer inquiries.

• Support new services by ensuring smooth coverage for client needs.

• Work with an internal, user-friendly support system that requires frequent updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• C2 or Native-level English proficiency.

• Full-time availability from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

• Ability to manage and update information in internal systems.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to complete training provided by the company.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in customer support or logistics-related industries.

• Familiarity with technology platforms and support systems.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

 

Personality:

• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused.

• Adaptable and resourceful in handling diverse client needs.
