Our client is a growing company transitioning from a work-for-hire model to scaling their own proprietary product. They focus on providing advanced marketing solutions and are committed to building a motivated, efficient, and long-term team of remote professionals.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking Remote Text Sales Representatives to support our client’s expanding operations. This role will begin with email marketing support and follow-up calls to schedule product demos. Over time, successful team members may advance to handling second calls, triaging prospects, onboarding, and presenting product demos. This position offers flexible hours, growth potential, and a collaborative environment focused on steady and sustainable development.

 

Responsibilities:

Assist with building and maintaining prospect lists.

Conduct email marketing campaigns and follow-up calls to schedule appointments.

Support lead generation efforts through structured outreach.

Eventually manage second calls and assist with triaging and onboarding new clients.

Accurately track interactions and progress using CRM tools.

Consistently aim to achieve weekly outreach goals (30–50 calls).

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Demonstrated drive, motivation, and dedication to efficient work.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Adaptable to feedback and willing to grow within the company.

Prior experience in sales or customer support roles is a plus but not mandatory.

 

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience with email marketing and lead generation.

CRM familiarity for tracking prospects and scheduling follow-ups.

Understanding of appointment setting and sales pipelines.

CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Schedule:

9AM - 8PM EST (Choose any 8 hours within the range)

 

Salary and Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.

Opportunity for bonuses based on calls booked and closed.

Flexibility in work hours.

Possibility of full-time employment after initial part-time ramp-up.
