Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Insurance Industry Support)
Position Description:
Our client, a leading insurance agency, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support back-office operations. This role primarily involves handling commercial insurance backend tasks, including communicating with underwriters, assisting with remarketing efforts, following up on payments, answering phones, and managing documentation. The ideal candidate will be highly trainable, organized, and able to work independently while supporting the agency's operations.

Availability:
- Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
Work Schedule:
- Flexible hours, with key availability required between 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM MST and additional hours scheduled as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage backend administrative tasks related to commercial insurance.
- Communicate with underwriters, follow up on policies, and handle email correspondence.
- Assist with remarketing efforts for insurance policies.
- Follow up with clients on pending payments.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and screen calls efficiently.
- Handle document signing via DocuSign and manage company email accounts.
- Learn and adapt to internal systems and processes to support insurance operations.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Basic administrative experience is required, preferably in an office or insurance-related setting.
Language Requirements:
- Minimum C1 level English proficiency (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in insurance operations or administrative support.
- Familiarity with commercial insurance processes.
- Experience handling customer service or call screening.
Compensation:
- Salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.
Additional Details:
- The role is remote, and the selected candidate must have a reliable internet connection.
- Training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
