Our Client operates in the high-ticket information, coaching, and service space, focused on building scalable systems that directly generate revenue. The company prioritizes execution, accountability, and measurable business outcomes over branding or vanity metrics.
Job Description:
This role exists to build, own, and scale lead-generation engines that produce cash. This is a hands-on operator role with full ownership of results, systems, and execution. The position is not focused on brand, content creation, or high-level strategy without execution.
Responsibilities:
• Own lead generation results, not activity or output volume.
• Build, choose, and scale multiple lead-generation engines.
• Manage lead volume, quality, and cost.
• Own the full marketing-to-sales handoff process.
• Optimize throughput from impressions to leads, calls, closes, and cash.
• Build and maintain systems, documentation, and execution processes.
• Establish dashboards and reporting for leads, CPL, conversion, and revenue.
• Hold accountable any team members or contractors supporting lead generation.
• Execute independently without waiting for approval.
• Make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience personally growing lead flow for high-ticket info, coaching, or service offers.
• Strong funnel and systems thinking (not content-first thinking).
• Ability to clearly define and articulate an ideal customer profile.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking leads, CPL, conversions, and revenue.
• Independent executor who requires minimal direction.
• Lean operator focused on simplicity over excessive tools or headcount.
• Comfortable with pressure, accountability, and revenue-based performance.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
Preferred Skills:
• Revenue-first decision-making mindset.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end acquisition systems.
• Ability to balance speed of execution with performance optimization.
• Experience building repeatable, scalable growth systems.

9 to 5 EST.
