Job Title: Paralegal

 

Position Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a growing legal practice. This part-time role involves providing comprehensive legal support, including document management, drafting legal motions, and facilitating discovery processes. Availability:

Key Responsibilities:

• Filing and submitting legal documents

• Setting up depositions and coordinating the execution of service of process (e.g., notifying individuals of lawsuits)

• Drafting petitions and motions

• Managing written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests

• Translating legal documents when required

• Handling general legal administrative work and email correspondence

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven legal background with experience as a paralegal

• Previous work experience in a law firm or legal office

• Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes

 

Preferred Skills:

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

 

Compensation:

• Salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference

• Role has potential for increased hours and compensation after one year
