Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a skilled GoHighLevel Specialist with a strong focus on development, automation, and CRM optimization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the GoHighLevel platform and experience building automated systems that support lead generation, client communication, onboarding, and business operations.

This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing workflows and automations that support the company's high-ticket client journey, from initial lead capture and qualification through enrollment and ongoing client communication.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop, implement, and optimize automation workflows within the GoHighLevel platform.

• Build and manage workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, onboarding, and client communication.

• Customize and optimize GoHighLevel applications to meet the company's business and operational requirements.

• Support the automation of the customer journey for healthcare professionals seeking career transition and licensing opportunities in the United States.

• Collaborate with the team to integrate GoHighLevel with existing systems and third-party platforms.

• Set up and manage API integrations, webhooks, forms, pipelines, triggers, and other automation tools.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes to ensure smooth and reliable operation.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance the client experience through automation.

• Provide training and support to team members on GoHighLevel functionalities and workflows.

• Maintain organized documentation of workflows, integrations, and automation systems.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with the GoHighLevel platform.

• Strong background in CRM development, automation, and workflow building.

• Experience creating complex automations and multi-step workflows.

• Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, and third-party software integrations.

• Experience with lead nurturing, sales pipelines, appointment scheduling, and client onboarding automations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into efficient technical solutions.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

• Experience in high-ticket sales funnels, consulting, coaching, education, healthcare, or similar industries.

• Knowledge of programming languages relevant to GoHighLevel customization and integrations.

• Experience working with lead generation and marketing automation systems.
