Job Description:
We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join Our Client’s sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales representatives. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
• Qualify leads based on interest, property type, and eligibility criteria.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
• Provide clear and professional communication to represent the company positively.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer outreach.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Experience using CRM systems for tracking and follow-ups.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
• Background in sales or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with outreach tools or call center software.
Personality:
• Energetic, persuasive, and confident on the phone.
• Goal-oriented and driven by results.
• Friendly and approachable with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Organized and consistent in daily follow-ups.
Software & Tools:
• CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Schedule:
9 - 5 EST
