Job Title: Social Media Manager

 

About the Company:

Our client is a company focused on creating organic content at scale for large brands. Utilizing a team of creators and an in-house tool, they produce and manage content, combining B-roll and AI-generated UGC, to test and refine marketing strategies for eight to nine-figure brands.

 

What You'll Do:

Our client is seeking creative team members to join their expanding content production team. The role involves working with multiple brands to create and manage engaging content using in-house tools and insights.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with three brands to create and manage content.

• Utilize search insights and in-house tools for content creation and editing.

• Add captions and prompt new content based on performance insights.

• Work as part of a team to ensure high-quality content output.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Recent college graduates with experience in UGC content and/or marketing.

• Alternatively, candidates with established marketing field experience.

• Understanding of social media trends and content strategies.

• High proficiency in English grammar for content creation.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Creative mindset with the ability to predict content performance.

• Familiarity with video content creation and editing tools.

• Experience in a fast-paced content production environment.

 

Personality:

• Creative and innovative thinker.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.

 

Software & Tools:

• Experience with video editing and content creation software is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI-driven content tools is beneficial.
