The company focuses on off-market and distressed properties and operates using a marketing-driven, data-focused model built to scale efficiently with systems, automation, and remote team members.

 

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to support outbound marketing campaigns focused on residential property sellers. This is a full-time, client-facing role that requires confidence on the phone, the ability to engage homeowners, and familiarity with real estate conversations. The Cold Caller will play a key role in generating and qualifying seller leads and supporting the overall marketing pipeline.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to residential property owners

• Handle occasional inbound calls and call-backs from marketing campaigns

• Engage homeowners in conversations about selling their properties

• Qualify leads and identify potential seller interest

• Set appointments or pass qualified leads to the next stage of the sales process

• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM

• Support outbound marketing campaigns, including mail campaign follow-up

• Manage calling lists and assist with list organization

• Consistently work toward daily call activity goals

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience as a cold caller or outbound sales representative

• Background or familiarity with real estate, particularly residential properties

• Strong verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to speak clearly and confidently on the phone

• Comfortable handling objections and maintaining engagement

• Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn

• Availability to work full-time during assigned calling hours

 

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in real estate investing or wholesaling environments

• Appointment setting or lead qualification experience

• Experience supporting marketing-driven campaigns

• Understanding of off-market seller outreach strategies
