Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Part-Time Social Media Manager to enhance our client's online presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with the company's brand and values.

Schedule and post content consistently across all platforms.

Manage comments and direct messages (DMs) to foster community engagement and provide excellent customer interaction.

Utilize Instagram Insights to track post performance and make data-driven improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Design advertisements for PPC campaigns as needed.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).

Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience creating and managing PPC ad campaigns.

Basic video editing skills.

Knowledge of community management best practices.

 

Personality:

Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Proactive and able to work independently.

Team player with a collaborative mindset.

 

Software & Tools:

Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
