Our client is seeking a Legal Associate to support their operations in providing quick and efficient legal services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling contracts and legal documentation while working closely with a team of attorneys.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Draft and review legal contracts and documents.

• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure timely delivery of legal services.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• US bar admission (any state).

• 3 to 5 years of experience at a corporate law firm.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong written English skills, particularly in contractual language.

• Familiarity with AI in legal practices is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Energetic and eager to learn about AI and innovative legal practices.

 

Software & Tools:

• Proficiency in legal research and documentation software.

 

Schedule:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
