Our client is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee and manage their social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and experience with CRM tools to effectively engage and grow the audience.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.

• Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community growth.

• Utilize CRM tools to improve customer relationship management and engagement.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Hands-on experience with any CRM tool.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in content creation and graphic design.

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
