Our Client is a fast-growing B2C food company focused on delivering high-quality products to consumers' tables.

 

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Manager to lead brand-building efforts across multiple channels. This remote role is scheduled from 9 AM to 1 PM PST, Monday through Friday.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the brand’s online community across social platforms.

• Design visually engaging content that aligns with brand identity.

• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (paid social and display).

• Edit videos for social media, ads, and brand storytelling.

• Write creative scripts and captions that reflect brand tone and engage audiences.

• Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with influencers to promote the brand.

• Act as a PR representative to coordinate and organize viral content opportunities.

• Analyze marketing metrics and optimize strategy accordingly.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain brand consistency.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing.

• Strong design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

• Skilled in video editing for short-form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.).

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the food and beverage industry.

• Familiarity with influencer outreach and viral content strategy.

• Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.

 

Personality:

• Creative and proactive.

• Strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Passionate about brand-building and consumer engagement.

 

Software & Tools:

• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

• Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads

• Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

• Video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)

• Google Workspace

 

English Level:

C1

 

Schedule:

9 AM - 1 PM PST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Part-time remote role (9 AM–1 PM PST, Monday–Friday).

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
