Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and proactive E-commerce Assistant to support our team in various tasks related to online sales, product management, and customer communication.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle client reviews and communications.

• Conduct research on locations and products.

• Answer incoming calls and manage inquiries.

• Create and manage a Shopify website showcasing flowers and gadgets.

• Utilize knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Alibaba.

• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions for business development.

• Assist with social media management and content creation.

• Utilize GoHighLevel for marketing and customer relationship management.

• Apply Oracle knowledge if applicable.

• Perform basic executive tasks and business operations.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce tasks and online sales platforms.

• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Alibaba, and related tools.

• Basic knowledge of executive and business operations.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of GoHighLevel and its applications.

• Familiarity with Oracle software.

• Experience in managing social media for business promotion.

• Strong analytical skills for market and product research.

 

Personality:

• Results-driven with a proactive attitude.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
