Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to engineering and manufacturing positions.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide suitable candidates.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
