Our Client is a private, multi-industry marketing agency specializing in lead generation, funnel development, automation, and creative services across various verticals, including medical & health services, restaurants, roofing, health insurance, real estate and wholesaling, and other service-based businesses. They support businesses by building high-converting funnels and ensuring leads convert through structured follow-up and sales processes.

 

Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound follow-up, reactivation, and conversion activities for leads generated through our Client's funnels. This role combines sales and customer engagement, focusing on converting warm leads, reactivating no-shows, and guiding prospects through the sales funnel until they complete a booking or purchase.

 

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with inbound leads who interacted with funnels but did not take action (e.g., missed a meeting, didn’t complete booking).

• Re-engage leads with information on specials, promotions, or updates.

• Book appointments for medical or service-based clients (dietitians, med spas, diabetes programs).

• Guide prospects to the next step in the funnel (booking, confirmation, consultation).

• Close sales directly when appropriate.

• Utilize CRM, spreadsheets, and communication tools for tracking calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.

• Maintain compliance standards, especially in medical-related verticals (HIPAA considerations).

• Participate in calling campaigns across various industries.

• Manage a high volume of calls based on specific campaigns.

• Collaborate with the team, reporting activity and results through designated platforms.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven ability to work independently and maintain consistent follow-up.

• Confidence in communicating with leads and persuading them to engage.

• Willingness to learn new scripts, workflows, and compliance frameworks.

• Experience handling warm outbound and inbound follow-up calls.

• Honesty about skill level with a willingness to receive guidance and training.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Problem-solving abilities with strong communication skills.

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or call center roles is a plus.

• Familiarity with medical patient outreach, med spa sales, health-related lead conversion, or real estate wholesaling is welcomed.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and understanding funnel-based workflows.

 

Personality:

• Driven, ambitious, motivated, and intelligent individual who values integrity and a strong work ethic.

• Comfortable in a dynamic sales environment.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9am - 5pm EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.

• Compensation structure includes an hourly wage plus commission.

• Bonuses may be available for performance and conversions.
