Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated PPC and Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end paid search and social campaigns. This role focuses primarily on campaign strategy, execution, and optimization to drive ROI, with minimal administrative coordination.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, launch, and scale PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook/Instagram, and other paid channels.
  • Continuously analyze performance data; adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to meet KPIs.
  • Manage large monthly ad budgets, reallocating spend to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate campaign calendars and status updates via Slack and Asana.
  • Organize and distribute performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide support for email marketing and other digital programs as needed.
  • Adapt provided copy templates to align with campaign goals and audience segments.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years managing paid search and social campaigns with demonstrable results.
  • Deep understanding of bidding strategies, quality score factors, and budget pacing.
  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar) to derive insights and drive tests.
  • Proven track record of proposing and executing A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition.
  • Skilled in leveraging large-language models (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.) for ad copy generation, keyword expansion, and bid forecasting.
  • Experience managing six- to seven-figure monthly ad spends.
  • Strong written and verbal English (C1+), with ability to distill complex data into clear recommendations.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic programming ability (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for automating routine tasks and reporting.
  • Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and Slack/Asana workflows.
  • Prior experience in account management or agency setting.

 

Personality:

  • Proactive self-starter who identifies opportunities and drives projects with minimal oversight.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.

 

Software & Tools:

  • Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Business Manager.
  • Google Analytics, Data Studio (or equivalent BI tools).
  • Slack, Asana.
  • Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).

 

English Level:

C1 or C2 (advanced to native proficiency).

 

Schedule:

Flexible EST hours, 20–30 hours per week.
