What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing and responding to intake calls and customer messages promptly. You will also assist management with daily operational tasks and routine inquiries.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to intake calls and customer messages in a timely manner.

• Assist management with daily operational tasks.

• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.

• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with insurance services and products.

• Experience in a fast-paced work environment.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

 

Software & Tools:

• Proficiency in using standard office software and customer service platforms.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9am - 1pm ET
