Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Lending Operations Support

 

About the Company:

Our Client is a technology-driven financial services company that connects clients with a wide range of lenders and funding sources. They specialize in business lending solutions, real estate financing, and other capital-related products, using automation and AI tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

 

Job Description:

This is a part-time remote position (approximately 20 hours per week) with potential to grow into a full-time role as the company expands.

 

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between lenders and the internal management team.

• Prepare and submit loan documentation through email or lender portals.

• Track submissions and approvals; forward approvals to relevant team members.

• Communicate with lenders and management to obtain exceptions or additional information when needed.

• Maintain organized records of submissions, responses, and follow-ups.

• Assist with scheduling and administrative coordination tasks.

• Support the automation and systematization of submission workflows.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative support, lending coordination, or a similar operations role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).

• Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Go High Level or HubSpot is a plus).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and meet deadlines.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Background or familiarity with finance, banking, or loan processing.

• Experience handling financial documentation (bank statements, P&L statements, tax returns, etc.).

• Basic understanding of AI tools or automated workflows.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms.

 

Personality:

• Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented.

• Collaborative and able to work closely with management.

• Positive attitude with a balance of professionalism and humor.

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks.

• Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

• Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

• Go High Level (CRM)

• HubSpot (CRM)

• Wix (lead generation and data collection)

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

Flexible, overlapping EST hours

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Part-time remote position (approx. 20 hours per week).

• Flexible working schedule within business hours (Mountain/Pacific Time Zone).
