Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Pool MEP Plan Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing drafting and be able to prepare detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings. This role requires a deep understanding of the necessary tools and software to ensure quality drafts that comply with relevant standards.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed MEP plans for pool installations.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Review and revise drafts based on feedback from team members.

• Ensure all drafts are up to date with current regulations and codes.

• Assist in the transition to full-time hours, if desired.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience as a plumbing drafter.

• Background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drafting.

• Educational background in concrete structural design and electrical systems.

• Familiarity with changes in regulations in the county.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit software.

• Ability to draft and detail plans accurately.

• Knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Adaptable to changes in project specifications or regulations.

 

Software & Tools:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

 

English Level:

• C1.

 

Schedule:

• 9-5 EST.
