Job Description:Overview:

As a Recruiter at Virtustant, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting outstanding international talent with US companies, utilizing your insights into the LATAM and International market.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Recruitment, preferably within an International staffing context.
• Profound knowledge of the LATAM job market.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a high-paced setting and meeting stringent deadlines.
• Driven, detail-focused, and collaborative in approach.

Tasks:

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates from different nationalities.
• Evaluate potential candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Screen and assess candidates for client fit.
• Manage applicant flows for a positive experience.
• Maintain the ATS system up to date with the corresponding notes for each candidate.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine profiles.
• Stay updated with current industry trends.

Requirements:

• Multitasking personality, attention to detail and positive attitude.
• Interest in becoming a recruiter and learning new skills.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Experience in Recruitment.
• Knowledge of ATS or CRM systems, preferably Monday.
• Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates in LinkedIn and Facebook.
