Our client is an e-commerce business that specializes in selling high-quality Italian gourmet products through multiple digital sales channels. Their focus is on expanding their presence on Amazon and other marketplaces in the US and international markets.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Amazon Account Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing accounts through Amazon Seller Central. This role is focused on managing daily operations, driving sales growth, and optimizing the presence of the brand on Amazon.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and keywords.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.

• Manage inventory, forecasting, and ensure timely replenishment of stock.

• Handle customer service inquiries, reviews, and feedback through Amazon.

• Stay up to date with Amazon policies, trends, and best practices.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams (marketing, logistics, creative) to ensure alignment with brand goals.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.

• Proven success in driving sales and managing Amazon operations.

• Strong understanding of Amazon algorithms, ranking factors, and advertising.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Experience with product listing optimization and keyword research.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Amazon PPC and advertising tools.

• Familiarity with inventory management tools and order fulfillment logistics.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Knowledge of additional marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, eBay) is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and solution-oriented.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

 

Software & Tools:

• Amazon Seller Central

• Amazon Ads (PPC) Dashboard

• Excel / Google Sheets

• Keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout)

• Inventory management tools (e.g., RestockPro, SoStocked)

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 - 5 EST
