Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in outbound sales to engage and close deals for our local services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in specific areas such as automotive, plumbing, etc., focusing on building relationships with clients and driving service adoption.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound sales activities to generate leads and close sales.

• Schedule appointments and follow-up with potential clients.

• Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage customer interactions.

• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local service offerings.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outbound sales.

• Familiarity with local service industries (e.g., automotive, plumbing).

• Proficient in using CRM tools, specifically Clove.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in scheduling and managing client follow-ups.

• Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Personality:

• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.

• Friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 am to 5 pm CST
