Job Description:

Our client is seeking a full-time Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Latin America. The primary goal of this role is to conduct outbound calls to a provided target list, engage potential clients, and schedule appointments for the client's sales staff. This is an opportunity to be part of an initial trial phase, with the potential for growth into a larger team.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. Responsibilities include updating the CRM system with call logs and prospect information.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make outbound calls to a provided target list.

• Follow an internal script to engage prospects.

• Establish appointments with the main sales staff.

• Log call activity and update prospect information in the CRM.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English.

• Comfortable making 40-60 outbound calls per day.

• Ability to log in and update CRM systems (Pipedrive and Salesforce experience is a plus).

 

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage.

 

Personality:

• Energetic and outgoing.

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM Software (Pipedrive, Salesforce).

 

Schedule:

Full-time
