Job Title: Marketing & Administrative Specialist

Our Client is a property management and preservation company that prepares homes for sale for real estate investors and banks. Their services include property maintenance, cleanouts, lawn care, and related projects to ensure properties are ready for market. They are seeking a Marketing & Administrative Specialist to support daily operations and help scale their business. This role will combine digital marketing (SEO & PPC management) with administrative support tasks.

Role Snapshot

The ideal candidate will have strong marketing knowledge, be highly organized, and be willing to handle both marketing and office responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
• Implement and maintain local SEO strategies to improve rankings in target markets.
• Monitor campaign performance, run analytics, and recommend budget allocation for best ROI.
• Answer incoming calls, record client information, and manage intake processes.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and office coordination.
• Assist in connecting marketing campaigns with CRM systems for improved automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the owner and other stakeholders to ensure marketing and administrative processes are smooth and scalable.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience with SEO and PPC campaign management.
• Strong English communication skills (C2 level preferred).
• Ability to handle basic administrative tasks and intake calls.
• Experience with analytics and reporting for marketing campaigns.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and local SEO best practices.
• Understanding of CRM systems and workflow automation.
• Previous experience in a dual marketing/administrative role.

Personality

• Proactive and eager to learn with a growth mindset.
• Comfortable handling both marketing strategy and basic office support.
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.

Software & Tools

• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms.
• Google Analytics or similar tools for campaign tracking.
• CRM systems (experience with Jobber or similar is a plus).
• Office productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
