Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our client’s customer acquisition and service promotion efforts. The goal of this role is to increase the number of clients and services performed through local sales and marketing strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

• Contact former and potential customers via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
• Create and publish social media content, including promotions, tips, and customer testimonials.
• Manage customer reviews on Google and other platforms to enhance the company’s reputation.
• Coordinate local marketing campaigns (flyers, partnerships with nearby businesses, etc.).
• Promote special or seasonal services (e.g., alignments, oil changes, etc.).

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Interest in the automotive industry (not mandatory).

 

Personality:

• Proactive and results-oriented.
