Our Client is a fast-paced e-commerce company specializing in high-end food products, focusing on conversion-driven design and performance, operating on Amazon and Shopify with a globally distributed remote team.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and self-sufficient Project Manager with a strong background in e-commerce, Amazon, and Shopify. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how to manage product listings and creative workflows with minimal supervision.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the execution of Amazon product listings and updates, ensuring consistency and high performance.

• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to complete deliverables according to detailed briefs.

• Use tools like ClickUp to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Communicate effectively with leadership via Slack and email, proactively providing updates and escalating issues when necessary.

• Implement and maintain structured workflows that enhance productivity and accuracy across e-commerce projects.

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Rufus to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.

• Ensure all work aligns with e-commerce conversion strategies and brand standards.

• Read, interpret, and execute detailed product briefs for Amazon listings, including A+ content and infographics.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon accounts or e-commerce projects.

• Proven track record in the e-commerce industry, with direct experience in Amazon and Shopify.

• Background in digital marketing, SEO, or PPC is highly preferred.

• Comfortable using tools like ClickUp or similar project management platforms.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to read and execute complex design and product briefs with precision.

• Familiarity with using AI tools and ability to write effective prompts.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Rufus, or similar.

• Knowledge of A+ Content structures on Amazon.

• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a remote team.

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a strong plus.
