Our client is a tech revenue growth agency that specializes in helping early-stage tech companies scale through email lead generation, cold calling, hiring, and sales coaching.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our client with essential day-to-day tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills to assist in organizing information, managing documentation, and improving workflow efficiency. The position is initially non-client facing, but has the potential to grow into a broader role.

 

Responsibilities:

Take detailed meeting notes and organize post-meeting follow-ups.

Assist with invoicing, sending agreements, and tracking payments.

Organize and maintain lead lists for business development.

Create and update internal handbooks, playbooks, and administrative documentation.

Prepare for internal meetings, including gathering key information in advance.

Maintain and update internal systems for easy access to information.

Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

C2-level English proficiency (Latin America preferred).

Proven experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with invoicing and document management.

Experience with meeting preparation and follow-up processes.

 

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of CRM systems and lead tracking tools.

Experience with invoicing and contract management tools.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 

Personality:

Proactive and highly organized.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Software & Tools:

Clockify (Time Tracking)

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)

CRM tools (preferred)
