Job Description:

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls (cold calling) to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. Your skills in communication and customer service will be key in building strong relationships with prospects and ensuring a positive first impression. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time remote setting is essential.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to introduce our client’s offerings and generate qualified leads.

Engage prospects in conversations, effectively communicating value propositions and addressing their needs.

Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions within HubSpot CRM.

Utilize sales funnels to ensure efficient lead management.

Provide exceptional customer service during the initial contact phase.

Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure database integrity.

Collaborate with the sales team for the smooth handover of leads.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience in appointment setting and/or cold calling, preferably in the hospitality or related industries.

Experience with HubSpot CRM, including contact management and logging activities.

Strong background in data entry with keen attention to detail.

Exceptional customer service skills and a professional phone manner.

Strong understanding of sales funnels and the lead generation process.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English at a C1 or C2 level, with a preference for native-level proficiency.

Proactive and self-motivated approach with a desire to achieve targets.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time remote setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to the candidate’s preference.
