Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize our email campaigns for lead generation, customer engagement, and sales growth.

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns that drive conversions and retention.

• Develop personalized and segmented email flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement automations.

• Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to highlight new arrivals, seasonal promotions, and brand updates.

• Write engaging subject lines, promotional copy, and CTAs aligned with brand voice and customer intent.

• Schedule and deploy emails using marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign).

• Track campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversion, revenue) and provide actionable insights.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, design, content, and send times to maximize engagement.

• Analyze customer data to refine targeting, segmentation, and email frequency.

• Maintain email hygiene and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other privacy regulations.

• Work with designers to create visually appealing email templates that reflect brand guidelines.

• Partner with e-commerce, social media, and advertising teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging.

• Support integration of email campaigns with CRM systems and sales funnels for full visibility.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, ideally in an e-commerce or retail environment.

• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

• Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.

• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms preferred.

9am - 5pm EST
