Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into customers. This role requires both managing provided lead lists and generating new opportunities. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will present the company's offerings professionally and persuasively.

 

Responsibilities:

• Cold call potential clients from provided lead lists.

• Research and identify potential buyers in the perfume and related markets.

• Present company offerings and generate interest in wholesale products.

• Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate call records and lead pipeline in the CRM system.

• Follow up on warm leads and re-engage past contacts.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling and/or lead generation.

• Strong sales and persuasion skills.

• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.

• Clear and confident English communication skills.

• Experience working with CRM systems.

• Ability to work independently and meet call/lead targets.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Background in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods sectors (preferred but not required).

• Experience with lead generation strategies beyond cold calling.

 

Personality:

• Persistent, target-driven, and motivated by results.

• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with both supplied and self-generated leads.

 

Software & Tools:

• Proficient with CRM systems used for tracking calls and leads.

 

English Level:

• C2

 

Schedule:

• Part time - Flexible on European Standard Time

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate’s preference.
