Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Sales Specialist to drive prospect engagement, schedule appointments, and manage client interactions. The ideal candidate should have strong phone skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and the ability to manage a CRM effectively. This role is crucial for expanding business opportunities and converting prospects into clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospects to schedule sales appointments.

Maintain and manage a CRM to track client interactions and follow-ups.

Follow up with potential clients consistently to nurture relationships and close deals.

Develop strategies to improve outreach effectiveness and increase conversion rates.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities in the CRM.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimize client acquisition strategies.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in sales or client engagement.

Strong phone communication and persuasive skills.

Ability to manage and update CRM systems effectively.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

 

Language Requirements:

Strong English communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience handling customer service or outbound sales calls.

 

Work Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time, remote position (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM PST).

Competitive salary paid weekly in USD or local currency.
