Job Description:

As an Account Manager, you will manage client relationships and lead journeys from initial contact through to invoicing. This role requires a proactive, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing processes end-to-end.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire journey of leads from inquiry to invoicing.

• Handle client communication and email management with professionalism and efficiency.

• Draft proposals tailored to specific client inquiries.

• Maintain proactive follow-up via email and phone to ensure leads are engaged.

• Keep event cards in the CODA project management system updated and accurate in real-time.

• Exercise judgment in escalating issues and flagging concerns proactively.

• Focus on asset maintenance and nurturing client relationships during slower periods.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and identify necessary tasks without a detailed task list.

• Quick learning ability with strong retention of systems, clients, and processes.

• Detail-oriented with the capacity to work quickly and accurately.

• Proactive approach to work, anticipating needs and addressing them without prompting.

• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in a dynamic environment.

• Reliable with strong follow-through on tasks and commitments.

• Strong written communication skills suitable for professional client interactions.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in event management or a similar fast-paced industry.

• Familiarity with project management systems like CODA.

 

Personality:

• Communicates clearly, quickly, and professionally.

 

Software & Tools:

• CODA project management system.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:
