Virtustant is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team. Availability & Work Schedule:

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Work Location: 100% Remote
  • Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (with flexibility upon coordination)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using support tools and CRM systems.
  • Identify and report trends in customer concerns to improve service offerings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Assist with processing orders, refunds, and account-related requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer experience.

 

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and support ticketing systems.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in remote customer support environments.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Make.
  • Knowledge of the staffing/recruitment industry is a plus.
  • Multitasking abilities and excellent time management.
  • Additional language proficiency is a bonus.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Weekly Payment: Paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.
  • Work Mode: 100% remote position.
  • Paid Time Off: 10 days annually.
  • Paid Holidays: 6 total (3 fixed and 3 flexible).
