Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative – EMEA to join Our Client’s growing commercial team. This is a full-time remote role focused on selling audit services and training solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B corporate sales experience, be comfortable managing long sales cycles, and know how to engage multiple stakeholders in complex organizations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Sell audit services for data centers, including design and construction compliance solutions.
• Sell professional training and certification services to corporate clients.
• Manage long and consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and enterprise clients.
• Conduct remote sales meetings, presentations, and proposals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales activity within CRM systems.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Travel occasionally (3-4 times a year) for client meetings when required.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales experience.
• Proven success in consultative sales and managing longer sales cycles.
• Experience selling to senior stakeholders and enterprise-level clients.
• Strong background in multi-stakeholder sales environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in data centers, telecommunications, or IT services.
• Experience selling certifications, compliance solutions, or management systems.
• Existing relationships within enterprise, telecom, or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience working with clients in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.
• Additional language skills such as Italian are a plus.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
