Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Appointment Setter (SDR) to generate and qualify leads for our agency. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound outreach, engage prospects, and book qualified discovery calls directly onto the sales calendar. This role is crucial in fueling our sales pipeline, focusing on initiating conversations and ensuring qualified meetings with decision-makers.

 

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads within target industries.

• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.

• Engage prospects in curiosity-driven conversations.

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

• Schedule qualified triage calls into the sales team’s calendar.

• Track all activities and outcomes in the CRM (GoHighLevel).

• Meet weekly activity goals (# of touches, calls made, emails sent).

• Report daily/weekly progress and share feedback on trends.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal English communication.

• Comfortable with outbound sales and cold outreach.

• Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).

• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable.

• Previous appointment setting or SDR experience preferred, but not required if highly coachable.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to handle light objections.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Engaging and personable in conversations.
