Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Credit and Funding Operations Associate to support the owner of our client’s company in managing and growing their credit repair and funding business. This role requires a deep understanding of funding processes and credit repair strategies, as well as the ability to contribute to operational decisions and strategy execution. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills (C2 level) and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the owner in operating and managing credit repair and funding services.
• Provide expertise on credit repair processes, funding strategies, and best practices.
• Collaborate on strategic decisions to optimize operations and improve customer experience.
• Support in the preparation of reports, documentation, and analysis for the business.
• Help oversee social media or marketing-related initiatives as needed to support growth.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with the owner and any relevant partners.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Advanced (C2) level of English, both written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of credit repair principles and funding processes.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the credit repair, funding, or financial services industry.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation for financial services.
• Experience supporting business owners or executives in an operational capacity.
• Understanding of U.S. credit systems and funding mechanisms.

Salary and Benefits:
