Our Client is a U.S.-based asset management company specializing in the acquisition and management of single-family residential properties. The company focuses on identifying, analyzing, and closing high-volume real estate investment opportunities, collaborating with multiple acquisition firms in a fast-paced, performance-driven, and data-oriented environment.

 

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a full-time Deal Flow Manager / Real Estate Acquisition Analyst to manage and scale incoming real estate opportunities. This role involves handling deal flow, communicating with wholesalers and real estate agents, organizing property data, and supporting the acquisition process from initial contact through contract structuring. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and confident in communication.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Communicate with wholesalers and real estate agents to source new property opportunities

• Manage and organize high-volume deal flow pipelines

• Review property data and validate numbers for accuracy

• Analyze deals using spreadsheets and internal processes

• Coordinate with data entry team members and analysts

• Schedule inspections and support due diligence processes

• Assist in structuring purchase contracts after training

• Gradually take ownership of negotiations after onboarding

• Work closely with the company owner during the initial training period

• Ensure consistent pipeline growth to support scaling objectives

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate acquisitions, deal analysis, or financial analysis

• Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyze property data

• Experience with Microsoft Excel (required)

• Proficient in CRM systems such as HubSpot (required)

• Strong spoken and written English (comfortable speaking with U.S.-based wholesalers)

• Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced environment

• Skillful in managing multiple deals simultaneously

• Quick learner, able to understand contract structures post-training

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous buy-side real estate transaction experience

• Background working with wholesalers

• Sales or negotiation experience

• Familiarity with building or reviewing proformas

• Experience with virtual teams

• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT for workflow efficiency
