Job Description:
This is a remote position requiring overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours, preferably for candidates located in Latin America. The role focuses on case coordination, communication, and administrative support, without involving legal advice or drafting legal arguments.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update client case records in eImmigration and MyCase.
• Track and complete all deadlines, filings, and follow-ups on time.
• Generate weekly case reports and progress summaries for supervising attorneys.
• Upload, name, and categorize all case documents per firm standards.
• Proactively flag missing documents or client responses and follow up.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and attorneys.
• Send updates, reminders, and requests for information through approved channels.
• Document all communications in the CRM system.
• Verify accuracy of all client data, forms, and attachments.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data security policies.
• Report technical or procedural issues to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Prior experience in case management, CRM operation, or client coordination.
• Proficiency with eImmigration, MyCase, or similar platforms.
• Strong command of Google Workspace and PDF tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational precision, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Familiarity with U.S. immigration processes.
Personality:
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Calm under pressure and efficient with multitasking.
• Strong sense of responsibility and team collaboration.

Schedule:
10 AM - 6 PM EST
Salary and Benefits:
