Job Description:

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Training Lead based in Argentina to spearhead internal training and development efforts across our client’s law firm. This role is ideal for an experienced trainer or educator with strong legal English skills and a passion for building impactful learning experiences using digital tools and AI. This person will play a critical role in structuring and delivering training programs for paralegals, legal assistants, and eventually foreign-trained attorneys preparing for LL.M. programs in the U.S. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—capable of designing content, managing training initiatives, and creating scalable learning resources.

 

Responsibilities:

Design and lead training programs for legal assistants, paralegals, and future legal staff.

Build structured learning paths that align with legal workflows and job expectations.

Create engaging training content using platforms such as Synthesia, Canva, Notion, and AI-powered tools.

Evaluate and improve existing training resources and onboarding processes.

Oversee the full training cycle, from needs analysis to implementation and ongoing improvement.

Assist foreign-trained attorneys in preparing for LL.M. programs in the U.S.

Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistency and effectiveness in training delivery.

Track training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and firm objectives.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Strong English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).

Legal English proficiency and understanding of U.S. legal terminology and documentation.

Proven experience developing and leading training programs, ideally in legal or professional services.

Experience working with remote teams and adapting training to distributed environments.

 

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with content creation and knowledge management tools such as Notion, Synthesia, and Canva.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Background in legal education, legal operations, or legal process outsourcing (LPO) is a plus.

Interest or experience with AI-powered content development tools.

 

Personality:

Creative and resourceful with a proactive attitude.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Strong communicator with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly.

Collaborative and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, voice/video generators)

Zoom, Google Workspace, and Slack for internal communication

Schedule:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

Full-time or part-time to start (based on mutual agreement)
