Job Description:
Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Scrum Master / Product Coordinator to support the execution of ongoing software development efforts. This role combines elements of product management, scrum facilitation, and UI planning. The ideal candidate is comfortable working closely with development teams, coordinating product backlogs, organizing user stories, and creating basic mockups.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly sprint reviews, and planning ceremonies
- Write and organize user stories and acceptance criteria
- Maintain sprint backlogs and task tracking across multiple product initiatives
- Coordinate product planning and requirements with internal stakeholders
- Organize and visualize product concepts and mockups (using tools like Figma)
- Support the Director of Continuous Improvement in managing programming efforts
- Ensure work is well-scoped, properly assigned, and aligns with team capacity
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar coordination role in tech environments
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and backlog management
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and initiatives
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Figma for creating screen mockups
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or Agile certifications is a plus
- Interest or experience in AI integration is a strong advantage
Personality:
- Highly organized and detail-focused
- Able to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
- Independent, resourceful, and a strong problem solver
- Comfortable in a support-focused role, working alongside leadership
Software & Tools:
- Figma (or similar UI design tools)
- Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp)
- Agile/Scrum tools and frameworks
- Communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
