Job Description:

We are seeking a Dispatcher to manage inbound calls effectively and coordinate service operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and dispatcher experience.

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage approximately 20 inbound calls daily.

• Coordinate service and schedule appointments.

• Communicate effectively with technicians and clients.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and service requests.

• Ensure timely follow-up with clients.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role.

• Strong verbal communication skills in C1-C2 English.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with dispatching software and tools.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Problem-solving skills to address client needs promptly.

 

Personality:

• Professional and customer-focused attitude.

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality service.

Software & Tools:

• Proficient in dispatch software and communication tools.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native.

 

Schedule:

9-7 pm CST.
