Job Description:

Our client is looking for proactive Appointment Setters to manage and engage with potential leads. The ideal candidate will be skilled in outreach, comfortable handling objections, and proficient with power dialing systems to maximize efficiency.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Identify and contact potential leads to qualify prospects and nurture relationships.

• Effectively schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.

• Utilize HubSpot CRM and SalesMessage dialer to manage all prospect interactions.

• Execute high-volume outreach using power dialing capabilities to optimize lead coverage.

• Maintain accurate, real-time records of all interactions and appointments within the CRM.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in appointment setting or high-volume sales outreach.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English fluency required).

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot) and power dialing tools.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and motivated.

• Comfortable handling objections.

 

Software & Tools:

Schedule:

25–35 hours per week.
